…”Lion’s Bay nude beach exposed in popularity, problem parking”…”No. 10 refuses to confirm Queen’s speech will go ahead next Monday”…”BC village first to allow golf carts on local roads”…
SOMETHING ABOUT….“Brunswick nude beach in Lions Bay was a hidden gem loved by local naturalists, but word got out. As it becomes ever more — well, exposed — there’s growing concern about the increased traffic.”
Cheers to sun & stars & moon!…….
SOMETHING ABOUT.…“Decision not to confirm date is raising speculation that UK PM May is not yet certain of DUP or other party support to get legislation passed.”
Cheers to the games have just begun! ……”Tomorrow, May will travel to Paris for bilateral talks with the French president, Emmanuel Macron, before attending the England v France football match.”
SOMETHING ABOUT…“Cars are no longer par for the course in the Shuswap BC village of Chase. In order to operate a golf cart on roads, you must have a valid driver’s licence, insurance and a municipal permit to get behind the wheel. Golf carts can only be driven during the daytime and must stick to roads with a maximum speed limit of 30 kilometres an hour. They are not permitted on sidewalks.”
With half of Chase’s population over age 55, apparently, many see these as the rides of the future.
Cheers to this could give a whole new kinda meaning to “just puttering about” !!
Whatever be the ‘truth & the life‘ for your meanderings on a marvelous Monday in June, may it sing—the fair way!
