…of ‘International Whisk(e)y Day’ & ‘World Theatre Day’…

It’s International Whisk(e)y Day!

“On this date let every whisk(e)y lover annually raise a dram – whereever in the world he or she may be – to honour the many unsung heroes of the past and present, who have been crafting the King o’Drinks for centuries and will hopefully continue to do so till the end of time. Not only is this day about enjoying, sharing and celebrating whisk(e)y but also doing some good for charity. Each year whisk(e)y fans donate money to charities of their choice, most commonly of all for Parkinson’s Disease.”

Will you enjoy a wee dram?!?!….

It’s also World Theatre Day!

“Since 1962 World Theatre Day has been celebrated by  theatre professionals, theatre organizations, theatre universities and theatre lovers all over the world on the 27th of March. This day is a celebration for those who can see the value and importance of the art form “theatre”, and acts as a wake-up-call for governments, politicians and institutions which have not yet recognised its value to the people andto the ndividual and have not yet realised its potential for economic growth.”

“Sainte” to a day that sings—all the world’s a stage!
