…of trivia & an hour…

…”Economy the top concern among Canadian voters”…”Artificial intelligence: machines fundamentally changing the world”…”New B.C. curriculum aims to harness students’ passions into academic success”…

All in a day’s headlines for this 257th day of the year!

Interesting to note that the first lighthouse in North American ‘colonies’ became functional on this date in 1716 in Boston harbour.

The youngest man to ever be President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt was sworn in September 14, 1901.

And last but not least, the first broadcast of the long running tv series ’60 Minutes’ happened on this date in 1968.

Cheers to a marvellously productive Monday that limits trivial pursuits to but one hour!

Make it a great day!
