As British Columbia’s Lower Mainland gears up for Car Free Days, the Vancouver International Jazz Festival, the Point Grey Fiesta Day Parade, the BC Highland Games & Scottish Festival in Coquitlam, FIFA soccer, a yoga event at the Plaza of Nations, & National Aboriginal Day, apparently the weekend will be the biggest with ‘goings on’ since the Winter Olympics of 2010!

Sunday’s seasonal solstice will officially kick off summer and we’ll begin to notice these current wonderful early sunrises slowly retreat as summertime marches on and dusk descends slightly earlier each day!
