The time has sprung forward an hour now and we are but 13 days away from the official start to Spring!
In some parts of Canada, “endless winter” seems to continue! Cold! Snow! Sleet!
Vancouverites were basking in mild temperatures and sunshine yesterday— 12C and seawalls filled with joggers and walkers, cyclists and rollerbladers.
New research suggests that losing our temper and getting angry could increase our risk of heart attack or stroke. Apparently the actual risk is small, but links have been made to stress and angry outbursts raising blood pressure, increasing heart rate and stiffening blood vessels which can all be problematic.
